I gave this 5 stars because the parts actually feel like someone thought them through, not like they just copied what everyone else is doing. The small design tweaks make setup easier and, i noticed it right away, everything ends up looking cleaner too. The site was simple enough to use, no drama there. Nothing super flashy, just smart, useful stuff that works

Everything in my order showed up exactly as it should, which was a relief. I always worry about something being missing or wrong and then having to waste time fixing it, but there were no issues at all...

I ordered an aftermarket piece from HBI and it fit way better than I was expecting. I figured there would be some weird gap or I’d have to file something down, but it pretty much just went on without much trouble. Shipping was normal too, not crazy fast or anything, but it showed up fine so I can’t complain. If one part fits good, I guess that’s enough for me to say I’d probably buy from them again...

Install was simple, and once it was on, everything felt solid. Shipping was fine too, forgot to mention that. Not much to complain about here, it just worked, looked good, and did what I needed it to do.

The selection isn’t bad overall, and I did find a couple things that caught my eye. But I’ll admit, I was expecting a bit more variety in certain categories. Some sections felt oddly limited, like either the good stuff was already gone or maybe they’re keeping the real inventory hidden somewhere behind the curtain, who knows anymore. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not mind-blowing. I’d probably come back if I needed something specific, but I’d definitely compare with a few other sites before assuming this is the one.

Well, not everything, one item was sold out, but compared to a few other sites I checked, it was still a lot better. The site was easy to use too, so I didn’t have to dig around forever to find what I was looking for

This held up way better than I expected. I’ve used it a bunch and there are still no cracks or loose bits, which is nice because I was half expecting some flimsy little piece of junk.
